The workflow, simplified
ReadyIllustration
Simplified illustration of the delivered workflow, with no client data.
The problem
Meetings held most of the relationship history, but none of it reached the CRM. Attendee lists mixed internal staff, generic email addresses and existing contacts.
What I built
- Filter that ignores internal and irrelevant calendar events
- Organisation matching by email domain, skipping generic providers like Gmail
- Contact check per attendee: create only when the email is new
- Interactions logged and linked to the contact’s open opportunity
