The workflow, simplified
ReadyIllustration
Simplified illustration of the delivered workflow, with no client data.
The problem
Each enrolment touched six Airtable tables and Stripe. Contacts, companies, seats, cohorts and payment records were linked by hand, and failed payments were easy to miss.
What I built
- Upserts for contacts and companies from each intake submission (no duplicates)
- Seat records created from the form and linked to the right cohort
- One or three payment records depending on the plan chosen
- Stripe customers and dated invoices created and sent to the billing contact
- Failed payments create a linked follow-up task
