A Shopify order desk that schedules itself
Orders flow from Shopify into a single operations sheet, stay in sync when edited, and move to a future-fulfilment queue whenever a customer requests a later delivery date.

The workflow, simplified
ReadyIllustration
Simplified illustration of the delivered workflow, with no client data.
The problem
Customers sometimes asked for delivery three to four weeks out, noted on the order. The team was moving rows between tabs by hand and losing track of edits made in Shopify after the order arrived.
What I built
- New and updated Shopify orders written to one ‘Customer Order Info’ sheet
- Requested delivery dates read from order notes and validated
- Future-dated orders cut to a ‘Future Fulfilment’ tab and returned automatically when due
- A pre-order flow and two rounds of refinements after review
